EVCBA Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees are appointed to four-year terms. Two appointments are made by the Vanderburgh County Commissioners. One appointment is made by the Mayor of Evansville. One appointment is made by the Evansville City Council. One appointment is made by the Vanderburgh County Council. A trustee holds over after the expiration of term until a successor is appointed and qualified. The Board of Trustees meet annually in January.
The current members of the Board of Trustees are as follows:

EVCBA Board of Directors
The Building Authority is managed by a five-member Board of Directors. The Directors are appointed to one-year terms by the Board of Trustees. The Directors meet monthly to authorize expenditures, award contracts and transact any business of the Building Authority.
The current board members serving a one-year term beginning February 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026 are:
