EVCBA Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees are appointed to four year terms. Two appointments are made by the County Commissioners. One appointment is made by the Mayor. One appointment is made by the City Council. One appointment is made by the County Council. A trustee holds over after the expiration of term until a successor is appointed and qualified. The Board of Trustees meet annually in January.

EVCBA Board of Directors
The Building Authority is managed by a five-member Board of Directors. The Directors are appointed to one-year terms by the Board of Trustees. The Directors meet monthly to authorize expenditures, award contracts and transact any business of the Building Authority.
